Job Summary:

• To secure the revenue, gain market share and increase B-To-B sales in an assigned segment, region by managing accounts/market/portfolio, initiating and maintaining commercial relationship, offering added value services in line with budget, sales strategy and brand values.
• The primary focus of the corporate account manager will consists of a retention program to ensure and expand our existing customers, identifying opportunities towards employees, customer through the corporate market.

Task description:

• To manage B-To-B corporate customers in an assigned segment, region to achieve sales objectives, inter alia by:

 Protect the existing business and corporate revenue by maintaining, expanding and initiating commercial relationship.
 Visiting corporate accounts, winning them over to Etisalat Afghanistan products and services and working to become an Etisalat Afghanistan customer.
 Giving added value in customer service, clarifying and translating the vision and bran values.
 Responding to requests and needs of accounts (issues; billing; request for information,..)

• To report on results and to advice in sales strategy, objectives and productivity, inter alia:

 Analysing and reporting on corporate activities and performance indicators.
 Preparing and submitting several status reports, highlighting trends, general areas of interest and concern.
 Giving feedback and advising the Manager Director Sales on ways to improve approach to accounts, on customer needs in value added services.
 Facilitating good consultation and communication within the sales department and with other department.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor in Business Administration is must.
• At least one year experience (with a multinational company in the same field or FMCG companies (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) as Ariel, Nestle, Pepsi, Coca etc.
• Preferable if he is working in telecommunication field.
• Language requirement: English, Dari and Pashto.
• Computer knowledge requirements: Must
• Abilities and personal traits the candidate must possess to better do this job such as ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, tact, negotiation skills, organizational skills etc…
• Computer knowledge (Word, excel, PowerPoint).
• Good negotiator.
