Job Summary:

A great opportunity has arisen with AWCC for Corporate Sales Executives to sign-up new corporate/business/SME customers and also to grow our existing customer base. You will be responsible for meeting your monthly postpaid, prepaid and other targets, whilst ensuring that the communication needs of your customer portfolio are attended too.

A sound grasp of customer mobile telecommunications trends, target market preferences and behavior is required. We are looking to recruit someone who preferably has experience within the mobile operator space. We will however consider applicants who have corporate (business to business – not retail) sales experience in the Information Communication Telecommunications (ICT) environment, for example photocopier sales, computer or software sales.
Competitive salary plus commission is on offer, in line with experience. Reports to the Corporate Sales Manager or delegate.
Accountabilities
•Consistently meet sales targets.
•Sales pipeline development and management.
•Identification of key purchase decision makers, gatekeepers and influencers.
•Customer needs analysis.
•Develop presentations and proposals that meet customer needs and present to customers.
•Responsible for sales and after-sales support and revenue collection from allocated large accounts – both government and corporate.
•Competition tracking and providing feedback to internal staff and management.
•Re-sign / upgrade customers before their post-paid contracts mature.
•Responsible for client retention – provide service and advice that keeps your customers happy.
•Attend to queries and problems promptly, within 24 to 48 hours.
•Educate, inform and train customers on company products, services and industry trends.
•Stay abreast of telecommunications trends.
•Team player – get on with colleagues and other staff.
