Job Summary:

1. Responsible for managing and visiting regularly a list of Key Accounts.
2. Achieving the sales objectives set by the direct manager.
3. Responsible for managing the sales team, distributing tasks, targets and monitor achievements and revenues.
4. Motivates and leads development of team spirit, commitment and sense of belonging among the team.
5. Is in charge of developing the Sales within the Market Bus. Segment, promoting new solutions and new products to the related customers.
6. Prospect the whole potential segment assigned study the area, for which they have responsibility, arrange a program of visits by contacting people and making appointments.
7. Developing trustworthy relationship with customers
8. Gives feedback on field expectations and share with the corporate sales team.
9. Coordinate with the Telesales Team about the appointments of the sales team.
10. Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record others
11. Assess customer’s needs and explain and demonstrate products to them which may involve providing technical description /as well as describing purposes for which they may be used.
12. Carry out formal presentations of products using sales tools provided.
13. Solves all customer complaints, liaises with the concerned section for information and feedback/ solution to the customer. Escalates any complex issue to the appropriate section and follows up the case until resolved.
14. Prepare statistics on customer complains on monthly basis, by categorizing product and type of complaints.
15. Carries our customer satisfaction surveys in the Sales visits, identifies problems areas.
16. Ensures that customers are satisfaction CRM.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in economics, business or telecommunication with a profound practical background in sales management and Project Management.

EXPERIENCE:
At least 4 years experience in telecommunication, banking, FMCG.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• In-depth knowledge in Telecommunication and IT product and applications.
• Advanced PC skills.
• Clean driving license.
• Well experienced in consumer treatment. (Customer complaints handling)
• Ability to deal at a high level with customers, in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Excellent analysis and synthesis skills, ability to define long term strategy.
• Etisalat Knowledge / Product and service knowledge
• Language requirements: English, Dari and Pashto
• Computer knowledge requirements is Must
• Abilities and personal traits the candidate must possess to better do this job such as ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, tact, negotiation skills, organizational skills etc.
