Job Summary:

Billing System is the main application which a Telco company must have and implement it to support the business and monitor daily activities in term of traffic, revenues and other common parameters

IT billing assistant will conduct daily support for Billing System which will include all aspects of Billing in term of Activations, Traffic, Billing statement, Tap file generation and other common activities. IT Billing Assistant also will involved in trouble shooting, follow up new user requirement, provide system technical leadership or guidance and involved in any project related to Billing System

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in charge of CRM support overall operation for CRM (customer profile, Subscriber management )
2. Identify new requirements, analyze current issues and determine appropriate course relevant to CRM
3. Ensures systems implementations occur in accordance with established Change Management procedures for CRM
4. Communicate periodic status reports for current Billing System project and/or current issues
5. Gathering user requirements periodically and discuss with end users (Finance, Sales / Marketing, etc) if the requirements need to be implemented as per business alignment
6. Assist in managing system update, and user requests effectively and minimize the risk of system changes by having detail assessment and implementation plan
7. Solve and manage Billing system problems within agreed SLA
8. Keeping update the Trouble Ticket sheet and Change Request form sheet considering SLA
9. Perform any other official duties assigned by the superior(s)

Job Requirement:

Education :

• Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Business Administration , Computer Science,
• Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is Preferred


• Strong analytical skills
• Good knowledge in SQL/PL SQL
• Very good team worker
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Able to grasp new concepts
• Eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies
• Strong knowledge in Billing System, CDR concepts and Customer Care system in Telecom industry
• Good skill on database maintenance and SQL query
