Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Tasks:
1. Customer Interaction, Welcoming Customer (greeting customer with smile and confidence)
2. Answering customer queries (Complete knowledge of MTN new offers/promos and all Product and services)
3. MTN Vs. Competitions information ( Providing correct and convincing info)
4. TABS information and usage (complete info and experties of all applications on spot)
5. Achieving sales and service targets (monthly sales target and service KPIs , customer waiting time, complaint resolution and accurate info/on spot
6. Reports (timely and accurate reporting) with right content and style.
7. Team Champion positive attitude (Support Team, Ideas, solutions, cooperation and assist team in achieving goals)
8. Any other tasks assigned by the CSP Supervisor

Supervisor / Leadership / Managerial Tasks:
1. Handling difficult customers (customers weren’t satisfied by the front desk)
2. Ensuring the provisioning of correct information by agents to customers(enhancing the P/S knowledge)
3. What are his threats(daily check on all activities, reports, stock and sales. An anti fraud check)
4. Ensuring to achieve sales and service targets.
5.Timely and correct reporting. (content and style report)

Job Requirement:

Education:
1. High School Graduate, Bachelor is desirable.
2. Computer literate. Basic proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
3. Must be patient and rigorous
4. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
5. Very good human relations and interpersonal skills
6. Must be fluent in Pashto, Dari and English
7. Very good Communication Skills
