To prepare them taking part in Political, official, economic and social events and preparing proposals for NGOs and Construction companies etc and also to implement the approved projects after discussion with foreing clients in English as a Translator. MELP seeks to be self sustainable, striving to create and manage projects which generate own incomes and reduce dependence on donors. Muslim English Language Institute needs a female Customer Care Officer at the Head Officer for its customer facilitation and convenience who should have full command over Pushto, Dari, and English to answer the customers’ requests and inquiries over the phone or in person regarding new classes, scheduling and timing, location of campuses, new courses information and so on.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond to calls, and provide requested information.
Entertain visitors, and provide requested information.
Attending meetings to discuss the issues regarding customers
Provide positive and negative observations by customers to the management.
Any other relevant tasks may also be assigned to the customer care officer by the management.
At least a University degree or higher
At least 2 years of experience with customer care center, Call center or as a receptionist;
Should be available at office full time;
Well versed in speaking/communication.
Have full command on Pushto, Dari, and English
