Skills Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Verification of account opening and closing.

2.Ensure that proper identification of customers is
available according to the existing guidelines and DAB

3.Advise customers as to which types of accounts are
suitable for the customer banking needs.

4.Provide all relevant account opening forms to the
customers and guide them how to fill the application.

5.Obtains customers signatures on all relevant forms
Forwarding to SD dept. for data capture.

6.Review files to ensure all initial updates have been

customers, advising that account is opened / activated.

8.Review instruction received from customers and forwarding
to SD after due verification.

9.Inform Customers about terms and conditions of the
services rendered.

10.Giving information to the customers regarding account
balances, fees and other terms of the various services.

11.Files documents systematically.

Job Location:



1.University degree is preferred.

2.Six(6)months to 1 year experience directly related to
Customer Services.

3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4.Posses good organizational skills and an ability to work
as part of team.

5.Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork and
records maintenance skills.

6.Be able to demonstrate initiative and an ability to
follow instructions precisely.

7.Ability to analyze and solve problems.

8.Ability to communicate fluently, both orally and in
writing in English, Dari and Pashto.

9.Familiar with a variety of computer applications.

10.Fast and accurate data entry skills.
