Assisting the Branch Manager for handling all customer services and customer's related transactions
Verification of account opening and closing.
Ensuring that proper identification of customers is available according to guidelines of DAB.
Advise customers as what types of accounts are suitable for the customer banking needs.
Issuing cheque books, inward and outward cheque receiving.
Proper filling of customers data.
Review files to be ensure that all initial updates have been completed.
Forwarding welcome letter and payment instructions to customers advising that account is opened or activated.
Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
High School Graduated, bachelor degree will be preferred.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong communication skill.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to communicate fluently both orally and written in English, Dari and Pashto.
Familiarity with computers programs (Office package).
Fast and accurate data entry skill.
