AISA, having its main office in Kabul and regional offices in Herat, Kandahar, Mazar-i-sharif, Nangharhar, Khost, Kunduz, Paktia, Faryab and Helmand province, delivers a wide range of services to investors all over the country.

Job Summary:

 Compiling and recording all the data relating to registered companies.
 Making a complete file of registered companies with proper codes and later sent it to Documentation and Archive Department for maintaining the respective record.
 Liaising with Research and Policy Department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Data entry of registration of the companies.
2. Ensuring that no two companies are registered with the same names.
3. Maintaining the accuracy of data.
4. Providing the information to the Investors regarding the list of Companies registered with AISA.
5. Updating the data entry incase of any change made by the companies.
6. Distributing Questionnaire, ensuring that the information is correctly given through the extension of help to the respondent, signing and collecting them.
7. Collection of licensing form and entering all required information.
8. Participating in the Research Departments Meetings.
9. Identifying the problems and proposing the solutions to the Head of Department.
10. Providing the departments with all the necessary information they are looking for regarding the registered investors.
11. Assisting in collection of general statistics if required.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Statistics or Economics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English as well as Local.
• Training in Relational Database Management System, SQL Server, and Computer Languages such as Coding (Virtual Basics, HTML XML).
• Willingness to work in a team environment.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries of Investors. Ability to effectively present
information to the top management, middle management and to various clients.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems, and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
