Job Summary:
The Data collectors will be responsible for qualitative and quantitative data collection in any of the following provinces:
Afghanistan - Kabul
Afghanistan - Herat
Afghanistan - Balkh
Afghanistan - Kandahar
Afghanistan - Nangarhar
Afghanistan - Bamyan
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct implementing partner and key stakeholder interviews.
Follow sampling instructions provided by the evaluation and survey team.
Conduct surveys/questionnaires and direct observation.
Conduct interviews with implementing partners and government stakeholders.
Conduct in–depth interview, focus group discussion and household level survey.
Use the qualitative and quantitative data collection tools.
Conduct a visual assessment of the assessment areas.
Take part in meeting and discussions with clients include the in-brief, midterm and out-brief
Transcript evaluation data including audio records and notes.
Job Requirement:
University graduate in social science, management, literature, economics and other relevant field
At least three year experience of data collection, survey and assessment
Experience of conducting interviews, focus group discussion and household survey
Ability and willingness to undertake household survey and interviews in Kabul and provinces
Adherence to professional ethics in conducting surveys.
Have strong communication skills
Be fluent in Dari and Pashto language
Good knowledge of English language
Be willing to work at least 8 hours per day
Have the ability to locate sampled addresses by using maps and other sources
