Job Summary

As per direction from the DM and E coordinator, collect performance data records/forms from the program/project field staff at an agreed frequency.
Assist the DM and E coordinator in preparing different reports (queries, tables etc) for periodic reports and office use.

Duties & Responsibilities

 As per direction from the DM and E coordinator, collect performance data records/forms from the program/project field staff at an agreed frequency.
 Double check the quality of the data – both surveys and performance data - in terms of consistency and completeness before data entry.
 Highlight and identify any inconsistency in the and bring it into the attention of DM and E coordinator for necessary measure
 Once approved, enter the data into the DM and E core database.
 As per direction from DM and E Coordinator, properly file the entered data as per filling system of the DM and E department.
 Assist the DM and E coordinator in preparing different reports (queries, tables etc) for periodic reports and office use.
 Do any other assignments for the office work

Job Requirements

• High school with completion of 12 grade
• At least 1 years of work experience preferably involving in data dntry and monitoring and evaluation activities
