At present, it is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Data Entry Clerk at its National Program Office Kabul – Afghanistan

Job Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible to accurately input the Quality of Life Assessment data into an electronic Ms Access database within the give period of time. She/he will also be responsible for day to day back up of the data on regular basis as well as to properly organize the survey forms as per the supervisor’s directions. Maintaining regular attendance is one of the main tasks related to this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Input data collected from Quality of Life into an electronic database
• Liaise with ERLU Analyst and ERLU Senior Officer to ensure that data is being correctly managed and stored
• Track down the total number of entered forms on daily/weekly and monthly basis as well as to verify all the entered data against the hard copies when needed
• Back up the data on regular basis, using the specified drive path
• Proper, meaningful and logical translation of Dari text to English text and back translation considering the grammatical aspects of languages
• Follow up the quality assurance and other required standards during the data entry
• Organize and batch the completed number of forms properly (date wise, location wise and or in any required needed method)
• To document and or note any Data Entry errors and to report accordingly on time

Job Requirement:

• At least High School graduated or University graduate
• At least six-month to one year experience of working as Data Entry Clerk
• Fluency in Dari and Pashto languages and good command of English language.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Ms. Office specially in Ms. Access
• Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills.
• Excellent Translation skills of Dari to English language
