Job Summary:

These positions are to update data to SAP and GDMS on a daily bases, the data is required for accurate input to JMCB and will reflect grading plus for monthly invoicing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inputs daily into SAP all received Data for rgoins
• Interface with Dispatchers and updates ingate/outgate reports
• Input daily asset availability
• Input daily tracking missions
• Inputs and identifies RDD/RLD data
• Takes Data from GDMS daily and updates SAP.
• Identifies late missions and reports to GDMS Manager
• Ensure all relevant data has daily backup
• Comply with policies and procedures relating to security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting any concerns to the GDMS Manager
• Adhere and comply to company policies and work requirements

Job Requirement:

• must communicate fluent in English, written and oral High School Experienced in IT data entry
• Minimum 2-3 years in Fleet and Transpiration Management.
• Computer typing skills and ability to use Word and Excel software.
• Use Microsoft Office and e-mail are Must have good organizing skills.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Access database.
• Have DBA in relevant fields.
