These positions are to update data to SAP and GDMS on a daily bases, the data is required for accurate input to JMCB and will reflect grading plus for monthly invoicing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Inputs daily into SAP all received Data for rgoins
â€¢ Interface with Dispatchers and updates ingate/outgate reports
â€¢ Input daily asset availability
â€¢ Input daily tracking missions
â€¢ Inputs and identifies RDD/RLD data
â€¢ Takes Data from GDMS daily and updates SAP.
â€¢ Identifies late missions and reports to GDMS Manager
â€¢ Ensure all relevant data has daily backup
â€¢ Comply with policies and procedures relating to security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting any concerns to the GDMS Manager
â€¢ Adhere and comply to company policies and work requirements
â€¢ must communicate fluent in English, written and oral High School Experienced in IT data entry
â€¢ Minimum 2-3 years in Fleet and Transpiration Management.
â€¢ Computer typing skills and ability to use Word and Excel software.
â€¢ Use Microsoft Office and e-mail are Must have good organizing skills.
â€¢ Must have knowledge of Microsoft Access database.
â€¢ Have DBA in relevant fields.
