Skills Description:

 Proven knowledge of Information Management System and Database

- Good communications, interpersonal and reporting skills

- Good command on Dari, Pashto and English Languages.

- Familiar with MS office and internet.

- Strong analytical skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Ø Data entry and maintenance of WAW’s online database while considering both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users

•Ø Work closely with Kabul HQ reporting department to fulfil donor’s data requirement using online data management systems

•Ø Develop, manage and test data back-up and recovery plans to prevent data loss

•Ø Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports and assist with general analysis of data related to the program activities and donor requirements

•Ø Produce, in a timely manner, reports requested by the supervisor and Kabul HQ office and other fund office staff.

•Ø Modify and finely tune database programs to enhance processing performance and reporting requirements

•Ø Ensure all contents of forms are adequately filled by the lawyers or case workers while submitting the files

•Ø Occasionally translate documents pertaining to program activities from Dari to English and vice versa.

•Ø Attend meetings, workshops, and conferences as necessary related to the project

•Ø Conduct field visits as necessary related to the project .

•Ø Able to work overtime on weekends or holidays when required.

•Ø Other duties as assigned by technical reference or supervisor

Qualifications:

At least Bachelor’s Degree or higher with more than three years of experience in reporting and communications field 

-Bachelor of Communications/Literature or any other related field is highly preferred.

- Proven knowledge of Information Management System and Database

- Good communications, interpersonal and reporting skills

- Good command on Dari, Pashto and English Languages.

- Familiar with MS office and internet.

- Strong analytical skills.
