Database Manager and Analyst
The DMA will be responsible for receiving, collating and analyzing interview results and process survey questionnaires
2.In collaboration with the PAM, the DMA will identify essential study methods that will allow for capture of the specificities of each province under study;
3.He/she will be responsible for identifying ideal and appropriate study logistics
4.He/she will be responsible for preparing progress reports to PAM and donors
5.Train surveyors in modern survey techniques.
6.Develop economic and social survey materials to identify key trends in each surveyed province
7.Utilize statistical analysis techniques to analyze survey data
8.Develop a database for to manage information efficiently.
9.Any other duties as assigned by PAM
A Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Statistics, or related field.
2.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in survey analysis and databases.
3.Demonstrated experience in survey design utilizing modern survey techniques.
4.Demonstrated experience in implementing survey projects and surveyors supervision.
5.Strong analytical skills.
6.Demonstrated experience in interpreting and identifying social trends from raw data.
7.Experienced in working with MS office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
8.Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis.
9.Excellent oral and written English, Dari and Pashto language skills.
10.Knowledge of how to design and manage Excel, Access, and/or SPSS databases will be an advantage.
