Job Summary


Developing and maintain a database system for disability and rehabilitation beneficiaries.

Work closely with disability and rehabilitation project staff to collect data on service provision.

Reviewing service related reports (e.g: database backups, maintenance, monitoring)
on a daily basis to ensure service related issues are identified and resolved with cooperation of the technical team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


Developing and maintain a database system for disability and rehabilitation beneficiaries.

Work closely with disability and rehabilitation project staff to collect data on service provision.

Reviewing service related reports (e.g: database backups, maintenance, monitoring)
on a daily basis to ensure service related issues are identified and resolved with cooperation of the technical team.

Developed and maintain reporting system for the incidence of disability and injuries.

Established and maintained proper internal and external coordination with project staff for the collection of updated data and information.

Share the monthly, quarterly and annual reports of the project with communication officer on time.

Create and maintained excellent communication with central and provincial project office.

Preparation of regular analytical summative progress reports on monthly, quarterly and annual bases

Closely work with Health Management and Information System (HMIS) team to provide the reports based on the approved disability and rehabilitation indicators.

Participate in the HMIIS meeting and workshops.

Any other duty at the service of the project, as requested by his/her line manager/ project manager.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirement:


At least 14th Class graduate or Bachelor degree from a recognized university confirmed by MoE will be preferred.

At least two years’ experience in the data collection.

Fluency in written and spoken English, Pashto and Dari.

Familiar with computer (MS office, excel and access).
