Job Summary:
Dy- ADC Manager is responsible for properly managing and maintaining the efficient ADC services
Training the ADC and branches staffs
Providing the Guideline to branches for ATM operation
Controlling ADC staff operation along with branches staff
Handling overall Issues ADC issues and solving on time
Close coordination with APS and other vendors
Installation for ATM and purchasing the ATM stationary
Reporting the mgt regarding the ATM operation
Settlement and Reconciliation issues handling
Maintaining proper maintenance of ATM
Managing Call Center staff and issues
Any other task assigned by line Manager

Job Requirement:
BSc/BA in business administration or Bachelor in IT.
Experience
2 to 3 year of experience in ADC department
Requirement:
Proven experience as assistant manager or similar position
Familiar with financial and customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of data analysis procedures
Proficient user of MS Office
Leadership and organizational abilities
