Job Summary:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Overall management of Islamic Banking Account Opening, Customer Service Section, Cash Counters, Islamic CBS Section.
2- In absence of Operations General Manager, signing the Vouchers, Chicks of withdrawals, Checking SWIFT and Domestic Transfer documents and reconciling with help of Accounting Section of Islamic Banking
3- Authorizing the transactions as per the Operation Policies and Procedures
4- Oversee the process of account opening and interbank transactions.
5- Report of Large transactions LCTR to IBW / BMA Compliance Department.
6- Report of Account Opening activities to IBW / BMA Compliance Department.
7- Responsible for Cash Inventory Reports to CIBO / DCIBO
8- Coordination of Islamic Banking transactions with SWIFT.
9- Collecting the reports from customer service section.
10- Oversee the Islamic Baking CBS and work for coordination of other Islamic Baking Departments.
11- Oversee the procurement section of Islamic baking
12- Producing closing balance of cash position
13- Reconciling the cash deposits and withdrawal and credit and debits within the system and available documents.
14- Signing the daily deposits and account withdrawals.
15- Checking the availability of cash and cash denominations at treasury
16- Producing the deposit accounts report and submitting to Chief/Deputy Chief of Islamic Banking
17- Responsible for coordination with Archives section for record keeping and documents keeping purposes of Islamic baking

Job Requirement:
At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration BBA, and preferably MBA
- At least 3 years of working experiences in Bank Operation
- Knowledge of Islamic Banking is must
-Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto
-Islamic Baking Knowledge Certificate holders and degree holders are preferable
