Job Summary

Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and advertising initiatives / campaigns. Grasping of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Communication Manager, the primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
digital marketing manager also identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.

Duties & Responsibilities


Responsible for successfully planning and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing strategies.

To create innovative ideas that tie web, mobile, email, search social Responsible for Internet, TV, and radio ad design and placement.

Develops and implements digital marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns and traditional advertising together to provide solutions based on consumer insight and data.

Design, build and maintain social media presence

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Know how to strategize, develop, and manage digital communications that nurture high engagement

Job Requirements


BA degree in marketing or a related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing

Experienced in managing social media pages

Knowledge of PPC, SEO and Affiliated Programs

E-commerce knowledge

Industry Knowledge

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Superb analytical skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate customer advocacy

Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management

Deep understanding of changing market dynamics

Entrepreneurial spirit

Strong communicator and presenter who is very comfortable interacting within a team environment and cross-functionally across an organization, as well as with senior management

Highly organized, with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and efficiency.

Ability to Meet tight deadlines and change priorities on the fly to accommodate additional projects as needed
