The incumbent is responsible for assisting Senior Manager in all strategic as well as operational affairs that includes smooth running of key accounts for large enterprises, handle sales operations, CRM tools and techniques, execution of sales strategies, monitor sales and customer revenue, weekly reports on the performance of regional SMEâ€™s.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Provide support and suggestion in forming potential product bundle plans in collaboration with product owners based on consumer need based groups.
â€¢ Conduct surveys and collect insight on specific customer desires and their buying behaviour.
â€¢ Identify purchase drivers per sub segment for specific customer desires and provide assistance to SM.
â€¢ Support product sales (tools, trainings) and interact with channel management.
â€¢ Define and coordinate efficient network architecture to effectively reach customers.
â€¢ Ensure optimum channel coverage for aggregate customer.
â€¢ Ensure achievement of sales target set by SM Customer Sales through each channel.
â€¢ Ensure increase in sales through sales best practices.
â€¢ Intervening in sales and operational problems and provide workable solutions.
â€¢ Providing on-the-job training in professional selling skills and techniques: requirement-based selling, sales analysis, targeted prospecting, and stages of a sales talk.
â€¢ Monitoring Regional sales targets and results, business and sales planning and forecasting to provide monthly reports to SM Customer Sales.
â€¢ Ensuring compliance with corporate process and procedures.
â€¢ Responsible for product success, market share, sales/service success, market and competitive analysis, including product profitability.

â€¢ Ensures and implements necessary directives from SM Customer Sales for appropriate establishment and organisation of Regional sales teams.
â€¢ Make policies for regional dealers, retail shops and sales force.
â€¢ Provide material, tools, and training needed for local dealer managers to facilitate business partners.
â€¢ Provide display; furniture, and designs to standardize retail shops.
â€¢ Develop and communicate standard, rules, regulations, policies and criteria for franchisee contract.
â€¢ Monitor closely and take action against any violation of contracts
Min MBA (Marketing)
3 - 5 yrs of work experience.
BASIC: Should be able to handle most of the routine tasks with occasional guidance; required to support non-routine or complex tasks.
INTERMEDIATE : Should be able to handle routine tasks without guidance and non-routine tasks with occasional guidance
ADVANCED: Should be able to handle routine and non-routine tasks with very little supervision; demonstrates the ability to understand and apply standards, procedures and guidelines. Expected to act with reasonable independence and required to supervise and guide others.
SPECIALIST: Required to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the relevant concepts/principles and the ability to interpret, analyse and propose enhancements to the standards, instructions and guidelines to a wide variety of situations; required to act using own judgement and with little direct guidance; should be able to train and lead others in most of the specified procedures.
EXPERT: Should be able to demonstrate outstanding capability to devise and apply solutions to strategic issues; expected to be a role model to others and to set standards of excellence to inspire others to pursue overreaching goals.
