Job Summary:

• To ensure customer satisfaction by conducting and pursuing an accurate and timely coordination activities with Flagship Sales departments and Contracting and Administration.
• Is responsible for the Regional Sales Coordination processes aligned with sales objectives and ETISALAT brand and personal values.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinates regional departmental activities with departments such as Contracting and Administration, Logistics with Etisalat.
• Controls of departmental budgets and the implementation and monitoring of key performance indicators.
• Ensure execution and follow up of sales Logistics and Distribution process in an customer friendly way; depending on the unit in question, this can mean inter alia:
• Preparing POS marketing actions.
• Answering questions and helping Flagship (own and fully branded).
• Intervening if mistakes happen or problems occur.
• Updating master logistics database.
• Performing day-to day checks, data records and files.
• Correcting files or handing over, in case of errors.
• Generate progress reports
• Drive corrective action internally and externally
• Proactively communicate on logistics issues to internal customers
• Drives the following activities :
• Optimizes Stock, avoiding stock outages and overstocking
• Do stock take
• Review stock model for each store and advise
• Monitor compliance in-store
• Ensure sufficient stock of brochures
• Build relationships with store manager
• Conduct in-store research
• Roll out promotion specific branding materials
• Develop quarterly forecast for POS material
• Remove all outdated branding
• Advise on distribution gaps
• Check for any fraud and advise
• Keep updated distributor records
• Follow up on all faulty stock
• Update data base on new outlets
• Update stock models
• Conduct in-store research and advise
• Identify branding opportunities outdoor / indoor
• Prepare merchandising budget / quota
• To achieve established objectives, inter alia by working in close liaison with colleagues to ensure that sales Logistics and Distribution process is of the highest standard, allowing both individual and department targets to be reached; giving support to colleagues.
• Working in accordance with ETISALAT quality standards, procedures and work instructions.
• Ensuring good professional communication with other departmental and ETISALAT related services.
• Reporting any procedural issues and problems to the Senior Manager; giving positive ideas and suggestions to optimize operational process.
• Performing any other duties as requested by the supervisor.

EDUCATION:
High School Graduate.

EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to handle large amounts of workload, multitask and prioritize. Works well with minimal direction.
• Organizational awareness: has a reasonable insight into Telecom environment; products and services, brand and people values.
• Technical and Professional Expertise: has practical knowledge of different sales Coordination processes; works with Office software (Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Access,).
• Organizational skills: plans and organizes own work in an efficient way; is methodical.
• Concern for quality and accuracy: ensures quality in work delivered; is accurate in data control.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving: resolves common administrative problems and carries out clear instructions; follows procedures.
• Commercial acumen: understands the impact of sales Coordination operations on Etisalat business and commercial success.
