Duties & Responsibilities

• To consistently exceed sales target through effective distribution management
• To ensure availability of products across given territory
• Establish and agree with distributor the targets and objective
• Monitor effective beat plan across the area
• Supervises the work of a team of representatives in order to ensure that, they work according to laid down procedures and processes.
• Willing to travel across to provinces and districts.
• Able to handle multiple distributor and Vast retail base
• Monitor stock in the channel
• Compile Daily and Weekly reports received from representatives
• Assigning and monitoring deliverables of Representative (weekly review)
• Maintenance of showroom and service
• Ensure agreed level of ERS penetration with distributor and retail base
• Short listing new distributors as per distribution appointment process
• To be able to motivate and coach the Team

Job Requirements

- Senior High School
. Computer literate
. Fluent in English
· Customer Oriented
· Team Player
· Ability to negotiate
