Job Summary:

Follow up the CCAP plan toward of target achievement and make sure the implementation process is in accordance CCAP-OM and DACAAR policy. Make sure the capacity building plan for Staff/CDCs/CCDCs/Sub committees achieved on CCAP-OM accordingly. Make sure practical activities have done and target achieved according CCAP objectives

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate the CCAP activities in provincial and district level as well as DACAAR/HQ and regional office.

Manage staff activities and supervise communities’ capacity building in accordance plan.

Make sure all staff understands the CCAP objectives and the knowledge transferred to CDCs/CCDCs.

Plan the activities and closely follow the CCAP daily action plan as practically.

Closely observe CDCs /CCDCs/ Subcommittees participation during the capacity building/conducting training by the relevant SOs.

Supervise and make sure that the activities are running smoothly on target plan and there is close internal co-operation among district office staff.

Holding staff meetings on weekly basis (every Saturday) for accurate direction toward of target achievement and prepare the minutes of meeting.

Check the quality of all activities in different steps.

Manage assets (vehicles/equipments) in proper way.

Make sure that all training materials purchased and used in good quality range.

Correspond to DACAAR/HQ and Regional Management upon need or request.

Inform district staff about any official decisions and issues happen in regional and HQ level and make sure the relevant staff read related letters and minutes of the meetings.

Solve the problems, if any, of district program staff with community and authorities with the help of SOs.

Capacitate and motivate staff to achieve CCAP target due to operational manual and action plan.

Prepare staff appraisal for FOs and check other staff appraisal in accordance DACAAR policy and HR instructions.

Safety/Security confirmation with local authorities and community elders

Report weekly/monthly/quarterly progress to provincial manager and HQ.

Any other official task assigned by line manager.
