Heavy Vehicles Driver

Duties & Responsibilities

To drive the office vehicle safely for transport of authorized personnel;
Perform all the tasks that have been assigned by the Transport Officer;
On site work should be performed technically and professionally with accordance to the require work load.
Should have a good communication skills
Cooperative and having leading capabilities with regard to work performed.
Should have a good knowledge of all the parts of heavy vehicle;

To keep assigned vehicle clean both internally and externally;

To carry out daily preventive maintenance, including checking fuel and water check (radiator and Engine Oil ), lights, tires pressure, and general inspection of interior and exterior of the vehicle;

To maintain the vehicle logbook properly filled out with fleet information as well as maintenance of, and making sure it is signed properly by authorizing 0fficer;

To undertake errands as requested;

To assist purchase officer in procurement of vehicles spare parts;

To assist the Mechanics to repair the vehicle;

To perform as a duty driver at non-official time as assigned by Logistics;

To undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time;

To be able to travel to any province/part of Afghanistan;
Performed the duty within the premises of Omid-e-Sabz Township and other projects sites,
Follow all the policies and procedures of Gholghola Group of Companies.

Job Requirements

Minimum three (3) years progressively responsible working experience within a large organization, preferably for-profit, in the field of Driver

Ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines and excellent interpersonal skills are required.

Good team work and interpersonal Skills.
Valid Heavy Vehicle License;
