Assist the Chief of Party in the design and implementation of the technical program.
•Identify, design, develop and implement technical vocational education and training curriculum development.
•In coordination with governmental and private sector counterparts, identify potential market driven skills and improve business curriculum.
•Foster collaboration between public and private sector institutions.
•Manage and supervise the curriculum development team, including short term consultants.
• Advanced degree from an accredited university in a relevant field preferred
• Prior international donor experience on similar projects
• 5 years of applicable technical and professional experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
