Skills Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Electrical engineers, taking into account the principles and practices of engineering, this includes equipment that's used in cars and aircraft; power generation; communication systems; motors; and radar and navigation systems. They also supervise the manufacturing of this equipment and perform tests to make sure it is functioning properly.

·        Evaluate electrical products, components, and applications to ensure they meet specific standards and codes.

·        Pursue monitoring and data collection tasks.

·        Travelling to the provinces (Ghoor, Farah, and Nimrooz).

·        Travel and conduct site visits to offices and premises of project implementing partners (both governmental and non-governmental organizations) in order to inspect, observe and verify ongoing project activities.

·        Review and get ensure of the questionnaires prior to departing office for mission to the site.

·        Collect quantitative and qualitative data and monitor the progress of the project activities and quality of implementation against project work plans using appropriate monitoring measures.

·        Examine and verify the stated activity input, output and impact indicators to assess the progress of projects’ activities.

·        Prepare, consolidate and submit post-mission narrative reports, and other reports to his/her supervisor.

·        Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.

·        Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.

·        Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made.

·        And any other tasks assigned by Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering for electrical engineer site auditor;

Bachelor degree in finance for site auditor;

Master degree is preferred.
