Job Summary:

The Electrical engineer reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for monitoring all electrical activities with regards to the projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination and liaison with other discipline members of the Project Management Team throughout the duration of the project.

• Ensuring that the requirements of and/ or instructions given by the Client to all electrical issues are incorporated in the project documents i.e. drawings or specifications etc., during the various stages of the project, from the design development through to documents issued for Construction.

• Monitoring the review of all electrical documents issued during the various design stages ; documents issued “For Tender” and documents issued “For Construction” to ensure that all comments have been incorporated into these documents before next step of the project takes place.

• Participating in construction and progress review meetings with Contractors.

• Assisting with the coordination of the master schedule implementation and sub-contract interfaces.

• Ensuring that the Contractor’s shop or working drawings are promptly submitted, reviewed an returned to the Contractor by the Engineer in timely manner.

Job Requirement:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Not less than (10) ten years of experience in related field.
