Job Summary:

This position is responsible to perform daily routine operation of prepaid card  

Duties & Responsibilities:

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

1. Entry of prepaid card issuance, maintenance and re-credit into the system

2. Entry of online funding 

3. Responding to the emails and calls received from both branches and customers

4. Filing of prepaid card documents 

5. Performing of given task by supervisor 

Job Requirement:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS     

- 12the Grade / 14 the Grade and Bachelor is preferable  

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 

- 1 Year

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

- Hard working 

- Accountable for the responsibilities

- Self-management competency 

- Well communication skill

- Ability to speak well in English 

- Written ability in English
