Job Summary:
To independently handle and support multi technology ELV equipment such as IP CCTV systems, Security systems, Access Control, Building Management System, and associated equipment. Responsible for maintenance, operations, fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, calibration and planned preventative maintenance of the ELV systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Carry out first instance diagnosis remedial repairs and preventative maintenance of ELV systems.
2. Creating flow diagrams, sequence of operations, network layouts and electrical schematics as required.
3. Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application.
4. Organize and coordinate ELV vendor planning, logistics and scheduling.
5. Perform the security system installations (commissioning, termination and connections).
6. Conduct testing on the installed systems to ensure that they are functioning as per the requirements and specification.
7. Perform regular maintenance checks on the security systems to prevent any possible malfunctioning Update management on risks and provide risk mitigation strategies
8. Coordinate the ELV testing and commissioning activities with test plan.
9. Maintain operational readiness through SLA and OLA.
10. Ensure security through coordination with Security department and IT.
Job Requirement:
Education
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Electronics engineering
2. Certifications from at least one vendor in each system listed under - Technical Competencies-
3. Project Management Professional – PMP
Specialized Knowledge:
1. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
2. General System Administration trouble shooting expertise.
3. System upgrade and patching skills.

1. Familiarity with various OS platforms, network systems and software.
