Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Main Purpose of the Post:

1. Management of Payroll
Organize salary processing for permanent, contract and outsourced employees and payroll in order to ensure timely and accurate disbursement to employees.
Ensure all expense claims (other than stipulated salary) through monthly pay run. Timely salary disbursements
2. Managing Employee Database
Manage the employee data base through monthly updates and verifications from concerned Departments including employee data (leavers, joiners and active employees) in order to ensure easy retrieval from a reliable and updated database.
Updating Database on monthly basis
3. Developing/Updating Policies and Procedures
Regularly update HR Polices and procedures in order to maintain market competitiveness and provide a frame work for the equitable treatment of employees.
Updated HR Policy and
Procedure Manual is available.
4. Processing Resignations and Final Settlements
Process resignations and take necessary action including deactivation of service numbers, user accounts and making final payments consistent with company policy volume.
5. Complaint Handling and Disciplinary Actions
Handle Complaints against services offered to employees, resolve employee’s grievances, and take disciplinary action arising out of any misconduct in line with the company policy. As per requirement
6. Documentation/Record Keeping
Supervise record keeping and documentation, of employee information, approvals, and other important documents for future retrieval and decision making weekly and monthly filing system
7. Orientation presentation including both National and Non-national staff plus a complete induction program.
8. Attendance tracking in coordination with security control room and sending proper weekly attendance report to all department heads.

Job Requirements

Education :
Bachelor Degree is required

Experience:

4 years experience with 1 to 2 years Supervisory experience in a similar function in a progressive national or multinational company

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Monitoring and Evaluation
• Good analytical skills, interpersonal communication skills, decision making, good planning and organisational skills, management skills
• Being able to work with various HR software, well versed with HR Audit controls and good writing skills
