Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating IT tasks related to PC installation and configuration, basic network connectivity, and other hardware deployment such as printers and scanners on office network and Customer network. Provides IT support and expertise for Implementation team. Troubleshoot deployment and PC/Network side issues with the software. Experience with Windows/Linux Operation System. Ability to deploy and troubleshoot peripherals. Good PC and networking troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with TCP/IP and wireless (WiFi),VSAT and WiMAX connectivity. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in running cabling and termination of different network devices. Familiarity with different LAN and WAN test equipment. Provide 1st and 2nd level support in solving IT and networking related problems by using best-practice methodology. Responsible for assisting with the design and Implementation of communications architecture of RANA Technologies Network.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinating IT tasks related to installation, configuration and troubleshooting of PCs, Laptops, Servers (various brands) Printers, Plotters, Scanners, Projectors and various Network devices along with the all associated software and hardware peripherals maintaining the best methodology to ensure the supreme QOS for our customers.

Act as a lead engineer and supervisor in Designing, Implementation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Wireless and wired networks with best industry practices for TCP/IP based networks.

Managing and allocating resources to complete all the ICT repairing and troubleshooting issues on timely manner to achieve maximum throughput.

Preparing, refining and presenting the technical training materials for Printers, Plotters, Laptops, Desktops and Sever systems and associated OS and applications for internal teams.

Coordinating and providing necessary support for IT department’s day-to-day activities with different internal and external departments/parties to ensure its smooth operation and adherence to all forms, procedures and QOS approaches.

Formulating technical proposals for various ICT equipments maintenance services and structured network-cabling project upon determining the cost effective and reliable solution for the customer’s requirement.

Perform activities required to deploy and support a mission-critical IP network with at least 99.999% availability

Logical and physical network design

Hardware installation and maintenance

Configuration and maintenance of network hardware and software

Performance analysis and capacity planning for network devices

Configuration and management of firewalls, load balancers, switches, and routers

Identification, diagnosis, and resolution of network problems

Identify areas for automation of other process improvements

Project planning and management

Job Requirement:

Masters or Bachelor degree in Computer Science/IT or Electrical Engineering from a reputed University.

5-7 years of working experience of TCP/IP networking, Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, security technology, Internet core systems.

A successful track record of designing, implementing, maintaining complex networks for both wired and wireless and managing teams of network engineers and administrators in a leading ISP/Telecom Organization.

Candidates must know drafting a technical proposal for ICT maintenance services and structured networking (wired & wireless).

Excellent command in English (writing, reading and speaking).

The ideal candidate must possess Active MCSE2012 and CCNP certifications.

The candidate must have in-depth knowledge in MS office 2013 package, .Net Framework, Databases, Programming Languages and MS-Exchange 2016.
