Future Leaders Consultancy (FLC) - Afghanistan Resource Center for English, TOEFL & Scholarships is an educational and capacity building center which provides quality education for young Afghans through a range of training and support programs. FLC helps Afghan students who intend to study abroad, particularly in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, France and Japan to: 1) Learn English quickly and proficiently; 2) get higher scores in standardized tests such as the TOEFL, IELTS, GRE and GMAT; 3) learn essential skills such as academic and analytical writing and critical thinking; 4) make strong and winning applications for prestigious scholarship programs; 5) learn the fundamental and essential skills for scholarship interviews; and 6) get admission at top universities in the above-mentioned countries. 

Job Summary:

FLC is seeking 5 qualified and experienced candidates for the position of English Language Instructor. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and delivering English language lessons as part of FLC's English learning programs.

Skills Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Delivering well-planned and appropriate lessons;

·        Performing the additional tasks that are relevant to successful study such as planning lessons and marking tests and homework;

·        Promoting independent study per curricula requirements offered by FLC's English Department;

·        Playing an active role in the wider English team;

·        Monitoring attendance and progress of all students;

·        Other administrative duties related to courses and lessons;

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in English language teaching

Bachelor's degree in English Literature or TESOL is preferred but not required

Excellent communication and social skills

Excellent leadership and class management skills

Have a good understanding of work ethics
