Job Summary

RNW Group registered with the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (D-31706) is recruiting qualified English Language Instructors in Kabul.
Throughout 2010-2011, RNW Group will be implementing a non-intensive English language training course to a select group of Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF). The instructors will be responsible to conduct daily English language training to the ANSF. The objective of the training is to enhance the competency of ANSF personnel in the English language.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily training to ANSF personnel;
• In consultation with the master trainer design lesson plans for the assigned course;
• Perform all administrative tasks associated with the training;
• Maintain and protect RNW Group equipment and training material;
• Maintain a daily training journal documenting daily classes;
• Prepare reports for submission to the assigned supervisor;
• Report to duty promptly during assigned hours

Job Requirements

• At least a 12th grade Afghan Ministry of Education Certificate;
• At least 3 years of teaching experience;
• Must be fluent in Dari or Pashto as well as English;
• Must pass a placement test during interview exam.
• BA Degree in Literature is preferred
