Job Summary

Job Summary:
Currently, ESO is conducting a project to provide English Language Instruction names ‘Access Micro Scholarship Program’ and seeks for qualified academia to work in this project. The successful candidates will work at ESO Access Centre, located in Darulaman Road, Kabul for the duration of two years.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Teach English to students of different levels of proficiency
- -Take part in grading students using testing methods
-Conduct regular progress tests, with formal tests on the semester basis
-Recording daily activities and students’ attendances
-Prepare lesson plans for all sessions
-Perform others duties will be assigned by the Access Manager

Job Requirements

-University graduate or Diploma in English Language or relevant degrees
-Proven record in running successful ESL courses
-Trained in teaching English as a foreign language (Potential Teaching Training and Seminar for the Language Teachers)
-At least 2 years of experience in teaching English language
-Experience in teaching all levels from beginner to advanced.
-Ability to create and adapt materials to the needs of specific classes.
-Resourcefulness in situations where the expected materials may not be available.
-Independence in his/her preparation and teaching and flexibility in working practices.

SPECIAL SKILLS/ ESSENTIAL:
1. Ability to manage time and work effectively without constant supervision.
2. Good organizational, planning and problem solving skill.
3. Methodical and disciplined approach to work.
4. Adaptable and resourceful with an ability to work under pressure
5. Cooperation with co-workers
