ERP Assistant will conduct daily support for ERP system which it will include trouble shooting, application patches implementation, follow up new user requirement, provide system technical leadership or guidance and involved in any project related to ERP system.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Manage, overseeing and support overall operation for all ERP systems.
â€¢ Provides technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise (SME)
â€¢ Identify ERP user requirements, analyze current issues and determine appropriate course of action
â€¢ Ensures systems implementations occur in accordance with established Change Management procedures
â€¢ Communicate periodic status reports for current ERP project and/or current issues.
â€¢ Manage and conduct ERP training for users when necessary.
â€¢ Support integration between ERP system with other Business Application system, such as Billing System, Data Warehousing and other system by providing technical assistance and guidance for the implementation
â€¢ Gathering user requirements periodically and adjust current ERP functionalities to have better business process.
â€¢ Manage system update, system upgrade and user requests effectively and minimizes the risk of system changes by having detail assessment and implementation plan.
â€¢ Solve and manage ERP problem within agreed SLA.
â€¢ Perform any other official duties assigned by the superior(s)
â€¢ Monitoring the system performance.
â€¢ Updating the new release to Test and live servers.
â€¢ Installing and configuring the ERP client system for the users.
â€¢ Daily backup monitoring
â€¢ Strong analytical skills.
â€¢ Strong knowledge in ERP system in Telco industry.
â€¢ Good skill on database maintenance and SQL query.
â€¢ Very good team worker.
â€¢ Ability to work under pressure.
â€¢ Good communication skills.
â€¢ Able to grasp new concepts.
â€¢ Eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies.
â€¢ Education: Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Business Administration , Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is Preferred.
â€¢ Certification may be waved away if the candidate has strong skill sets. Ability to prioritize work, estimate effort and resolve conflicting priorities.
â€¢ Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field (ERP system).
