Afghan Aim is a young and dynamic organization, established in 2016. Afghan Aim is registered as private organization with AISA under license number D-83989. Afghan Aim provides a wide range of technical and consulting services in the area of educational development, capacity building and professional training. These include preparatory courses for international language tests, courses for business and academic English, training packages for capacity development and consulting services for studying abroad.
Afghan Aim is looking for qualified ESL (English as a second language) teachers with ample experience in teaching the English Language. The applicant must have experience in teaching workplace English and/or teaching English at an academic institution.
Plan, prepare, and teach well developed lessons which enthuse and inspire students.
Effectively and appropriately differentiate instruction so as to meet all students’ learning styles with an appreciation for students’ learning differences.
Plan, prepare and teach each skill individually.
Select and sequence appropriate materials, resources, and approaches according to the course/content area and audience of learners.
Accommodate (in an extraordinary instance) independent study to be completed outside of class.
Design, administer, and evaluate a range of formative and summative assessments as appropriate.
Complete administrative tasks as define and by set deadlines.
Ensure lessons are in line with planning and their respective objectives, and that segments of lessons are shared with students, as appropriate.

Attend academic and departmental meetings when required, and attend professional development sessions as directed.
Address and respond to student issues/emergencies as needed.
Participate in evaluation process consistent with defined parameters.
Bachelor in English language
Masters degree/ IELTS or TOEFL Score preferred
Excellent oral and writing skills
Problem-solving capability
Capacity for prioritizing conflicting demands
Ability to gather facts and to analyze situations objectively, accurately, and in an organized fashion
Demonstrates good critical thinking skills to understand student and staff issues
Excellent listening and questioning skills
Attentive to deadlines
Basic computer literacy
