Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide secretarial and high level administrative support to the CEO.

Duties & Responsibilities

Range of duties include management of diary, appointments and travel, maintaining and building contacts, drafting correspondence, events organisation and other administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

-Excellent command of written Dari/Pashto
-Excellent command of English both written and spoken
-Degree level education or equivalent work experience and/or training
-At least two years of relevant work experience
-Excellent organisational skills (including time management, managing priorities, filing management, etc)
-Computer literacy – particularly knowledge of Windows packages and effective use of Internet for research purposes
-Excellent telephone communication skills (both in English and Dari/Pashto)

PERSONAL QUALITIES:
-Ability to have attention to detail
-Motivated and able to motivate others
-Able to work occasional evenings and weekends and travel
-Able to understand written and oral instructions and implement
-Be enthusiastic about working for an emerging business
