The Executive Assistant (E/A) will work directly with the Director General (DG) – Afghan ‎Revenue Department and the Team Leader (T/L) – ASI Revenue reform Project to support ‎the capacity building process by managing administrative affairs of the DG and the T/L and ‎coaching new staff member in work-planning, processing and related administrative ‎activities.‎

In summary- the successful candidate will perform the duties of an executive assistant and ‎assist in the training of a second E/A. This is a position that requires an outgoing person that ‎can manage a busy office; you must be able to work under pressure often without ‎supervision.‎
Qualifications required:‎
Essential ‎
‎1.‎ A degree in business administration, public administration, finance, economics or a ‎related discipline.‎
‎2.‎ Private or public sector administrative or executive assistant experience (minimum 1 ‎year)‎
‎3.‎ High level of skill using Microsoft Office Suite software. ‎
‎4.‎ Demonstrated high level of organizational/time management skills (through reference ‎checks or letters of recommendation)‎
‎5.‎ Fluency in Pashto (reading and writing) ‎
‎6.‎ Preference may be given to candidates with fluency in both Pashto and Dari
‎7.‎ Spoken and written English Language ability at a level that meets the professional ‎standards in communication required for liaising with International business organisations ‎and International Advisers. ‎
Preferred
‎8.‎ Management expertise and experience including work-based coaching and facilitation.‎
‎9.‎ Customer relationship management expertise and experience.‎
‎10.‎ Experience of working in, or with, an International business organization or non-‎governmental organization operating in Afghanistan.‎
