Job Summary:


Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with recruitment firms in order to obtain resumes for all open positions
• Screen and shortlist candidates
• Conduct interviews
• Agree on the shortlists with the Manager of recruitment
• Coordinate interviews with line department
• Upon closure, coordinate employee travel to the country
• Prepare and give induction for new employees
• Prepare and maintain a job description database for all existing and open positions
• Other reporting and duties assigned by the Manager

2. with other departments in company: All mangers and employees
3. External contacts: recruitment companies and candidates

Job Requirement:

Education/Training: High School Diploma and Good knowledge of English and HR functions

Experience: The ideal candidate MUST have a certification in English language and should be able to speak fluent English.


Ability to operate a personal computer; knowledge of the databases and spreadsheet programs utilized by the Company.
Skills in updating job descriptions and preparing job announcements and advertisements.
Ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, employees, ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Ability to listen and ascertain the needs of employees; ability to find and communicate accurate information concerning process, policies and procedures to customers; ability to respond to customers tactfully and courteously.
Ability to safeguard and protect highly confidential information.
