Job Summary:

1.        Role’s Purpose:

The Facilities and Inventory Specialist will support project in resources management and ensure that project resources are used reasonably, and project properties have accurate and complete records.

conduct inventory physical check across all five offices of the project to ensure that project inventory records are accurate and complete.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.        Objectives and Duties

  • Conduct physical inventory checking in all 5 offices and ensure that inventory records are accurate and complete.
  • Conduct analysis of office resources usage to ensure that fuel, stationary, office supply and other resources are used responsibly in all offices, and report major issues.
  • Check inventory files including disposition, NXP, customs documentation, etc. are complete and properly filed.

Qualifications:

 

1.        Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s plus 5 years of relevant experience required

·       Prior experience handling logistics, facilities, inventory, and/or office maintenance required

·       Close attention to details

·       Strong organizational and analytical skills

·       Fluent English and Dari or Pashto.
