Job Summary:

1. Manage, direct and control in coordination with subordinate supervisors the implementation of policies, regulations and guidelines for consistency in work performance in the Administration Department within the KED;
2. Plans, organizes, directs, reviews and participates in preventive well- maintenance of buildings and facilities operations.
3. Prepare in coordination with subordinate supervisors work plans that serve to guide the employees in meeting their work targets and ensuring that the plans developed are consistent and in compliance with the agreed strategy and implementation policies and programs of the KED;
4. Brief and provide specialized advice to the Administration Manager on the functions and specified results produced by the Services/Operations Section;
5. Monitor and appraise work performance of employees to ensure satisfactory performance and achievements of service-operation section objectives;
6. Provides guidance to improve performance ensuring the correct implementation of relevant regulations, procedures and standards in services-operations sections within the KED;
7. Prepare correspondences for review and signature of the Administrative Manager or higher authority to ensure accuracy and consistency of actions taken;
8. Assist the Administrative Manager in maintaining good relationships and work environment;
9. Ensure continuous work improvement by participating in regular meetings and in discussions of relevant issues as may be required by line superior;
10. Perform other tasks which may be assigned from time to time by superior or other competent authority.

Qualifications:

At least above High School Certificate
 At least two (5) years’ work experience relevant to the job
