Job Summary:
In this context, MSF is recruiting FEMALE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER.
Duties & Responsibilities:
OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
Assist in the coordination and implementation of all activities and tools related to staff development.
- Follow-up on the internal and external trainings - Assess local training institutions and establish relationship with these institutions
- Facilitate and deliver the management workshops for supervisors, and any other relevant trainings/workshops
- Coach and support supervisors with the implementation of all learning and development tools and policies
- Responsible for the on-going updating the training library
- Assist with translation when requested
Job Requirement:
REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES
- High school diploma (12th class) essential
- University degree in Administration or Communication desirable
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet) essential
- Other experience in similar position desirable
- Experience from MSF or other NGO desirable
- Pashtu: oral and written essential, Dari desirable
- English: oral and written essential

- Teamwork and Cooperation: Encourages, engages and motivates people to work as a team
