Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the project manager, the Female Marketing Trainer will provide training to only female jobseekers and employees for the duration of 8 months, the training would be based on the approved curriculum and to deliver 78% practical work.

Duties & Responsibilities

The trainer must be able to develop a time-line activity chart for planning, conduct and post implementation for each course; explanation of rationale, curriculum and conducting methodology for each course; training program, continuous assessments and logistics arrangements required;

Provide effective training to jobseekers and employees related to marketing

Manage all the classes and take attendance of the trainees

Provide training with different training methodology based on the International training methodology

To participate fully in arrangements for trainee’s assessment and progress reviews

To facilitate the marketing provision, including support of all quality processes as required.

To be responsible for leading the marketing training curriculum within Business.
* Others responsibilities as assigned by Project Manager

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business Administration (BBA) with teaching experience in marketing. Master’s degree is preferred
At least have 5 years of working experience in Marketing training field or business related field.
Having experience in USAID projects would be in advantage.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, English and Dari


Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; personal commitment,
efficiency, flexibility

Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from different cultures and
professional backgrounds

Excellent computers skills in MS Word, Excel and particularly in Power Point

Excellent communication (presentation, listening and speaking) skills
