About The RET International

Job Summary

The Female Psychologist will provide social services to increase an understanding and respect to the community members, regardless of age, sex, status, ethnicity etc.

Duties & Responsibilities


Provide regular and technical assistance and training on social services.

Support the provision of primary health care within the community.

Obtain specialized assistance as necessary (consultation or referral).

Report monthly technical reports to the Team Leader.

Act according to the policy and regulations of The RET International and the Public Health Department

Keep updated with issues related to SCAHMR project and the environment.

Promote an attitude of team spirit and a strong focus on quality.

Plan, organize and manage the psychosocial and related activities for Drug addicts’ treatment on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Produce and develop tools and material related to clinical psychology for the beneficiaries (sessions, information packages, brochures, Journals, Magazines articles etc.)

Keep her self updated about all activities of the department/program and able to respond to any information requested at any time.

Plan and conduct psychosocial training/sessions to the community members.

Perform any other related duty assign by the Team Leader.

Job Requirements


Experience in social services and training.

Ability to identify technical weaknesses and gaps in social services corrective action.

Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work and deal successfully in multi-cultural environment.

Additional education and working experience in clinical Psychology (MPH) is an advantage.

Good communication, coaching, report writing and interpersonal skills are preferred.

Excellent knowledge of National languages and basic knowledge of English languages (fluent in writing, speaking and reading) is required.

Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
