Job Summary

Field Supervisor Must Perfrom All duties which related to Supervising and the task which give to him from Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

Plan works in advance to facilitate timely implementation.
Site Visit of the projects in different provinces.
submiting the proposal to the Donors
Monthly surveying of the projects
Calculate and process survey data
Guide contractors to construct works according to Plan .
Assist team and Other Workers when necessary.
Plan works in advance to facilitate timely implementation
Perform other duties on request as assigned by Project Manager

Job Requirements

1. High School Graduated, Bachelor Degree is preferred
2. At least one to three years of experience in related Field
3. Be a team player and capable of working with others in a participatory method.
4. Self motivated and having strong initiative skills.
5. Excellent spoken and written English is most.

6. Have good ability of communication with local peoples.
