The trainer will develop, and deliver training modules for Mid-level Management Development program (MMD).
Provide lecture on Public Budgeting / Accounting /Financing based on ACSI training curriculum covering areas such as:
Complete cycle of government accounting/ financing.
Budget planning and formulation.
Budget Execution.
M & E of Budget.
Preparation of the final report of the budget.
Governmental Internal Auditing (administrative and financial)
Conduct seminars, workshops and capacity building programs based on CBR TDU implementation plans;
Use the lesson learned and the feedback from the class to improve the curriculum and content materials of the subject;
In the course of the work, the Trainer will be required to contribute in developing / updating curriculums based on the ACSI research department’s request;
Provide follow-up support, monitoring and evaluation to the participants for a quality application of the skills developed through training programs;
Provide ideas and inputs to make the training programs active and interesting to the participants;
Provide bi-weekly class report and monthly progress reports;
Perform any other relevant work as assigned by the line supervisor.
The Trainer will have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Finance, Accounting, public administration, BBA or any other relevant subjects with 7 years of relevant working experiences or master degree in mentioned fields with 5 years relevant work experience (Higher educational degrees will be preferred);
Experience in government financial management system, accounting and budgeting;
Proven qualities in training and capacity building initiatives;
Strong communication and training methodology skills;
Knowledge and experience of curriculum development, training and mentoring;
Ability to actively engage the participants in a participatory learning environment by being interesting and professional during the training period;
Strong written and spoken ability in Dari / Pashtu and English languages;
Proficiency in the use of computer programs/applications (MS. Word, Excel, Power Point);
