Skills Description:

·        Honest and reliable

·         Able to work overtime on weekends or holidays required by the supervisor or program

·           She is required to be adaptable for larger tasks not specified in this framework 

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Look after WAW account and take care of Bank related matters.

·         Maintain and update the financial data in the finance database and provide conformation whenever required.

·         Receive the bills from Logistics section for payment and adjustment of advances.

·         Check all bills received to ensure that they are properly supported by purchase requisition, quotation etc.

·         Check that proper codes have been allocated to each bill and arrange the bills in a sequence to assist in checking vouchers.

·         Maintain petty cash account and prepare cheques.

·         File the vouchers.

·         Check vehicle logbooks regarding POL consumption.

·         Prepare monthly accounts statement.

·        Any other task given time to time by concern supervisor

Job Location:

Qualifications:

·        Diploma in Finance /BBA Prefer

·        Excellent written and spoken Dari and English skills

·         Excellent computer skills

·         At least 2-3 years working experience with other NGOs

·          Honest and reliable

·         Able to work overtime on weekends or holidays required by the supervisor or program

·           She is required to be adaptable for larger tasks not specified in this framework
