ARYAZONE, Inc (AZI) is recruiting a result driven Finance Manager responsible for the overall financial related activities. The incumbent is liable towards providing the best financial experience in AZI office by ensuring high standards of inter-related office services and thereby ensuring the smooth functioning of the office by adopting the pre-established organization polices. He/she is required to maintain mutually understanding, team working, friendly, ethically and disciplinary oriented working environment. He/she needs to be goal oriented to achieve the best of the organization objectives but leading a team of professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent job descriptions are financial management which include but not limited budgeting, controlling, fund management, financial analysis and reporting.
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures;
Ensure financial policies and procedures are up to date;
Manage outsourced functions;
Maintain cash and bank accounts;
Manage the operations of the finance department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives;
Ensure appropriate risk management techniques and financial controls are embedded throughout the company’s financial system at strategic and operational levels;
Manage relationships with the outsourced financial services providers;
Ensure accurate and timely payments;
Provide management, support and development to members within finance department;
Internal control management, and reporting in timely manner to line manager;
Facilitating auditor in all manners to ensure compliance and transparency;
Manage the preparation of the company's budget(s);
Report to senior management on variances from the established budget and the justifications for those variances;
Monthly and quarterly financial report generated in accounting software;
Assist senior management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction;
Assist with financial aspects of projects and business proposals;
Forecast cash flow positions and available funds for investment;
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements;
Maintain close relationships with funders;
Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure;
Arrange for equity and debt financing (if required);
Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all aspects of the company;
Review the financial performance of competitors and report on key issues to senior management;
Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement;
Interpret the company's financial results to senior management and recommend improvement activities;
Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput;
Compile key business metrics and report them to the senior management;
Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis;
Create additional analysis and reports as requested by senior management;
Cash flow forecasting; and
Other task assigned by the CEO.

ACCA certified or Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required. Master Degree in relevant field is preferred;
A minimum of 4 years relevant experience. At least 2 years in a managerial and/or supervisory capacity;
Ability to work independently and as a team member, ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse groups and departments;
Excellent knowledge of local labor laws, HR rules and regulations in Afghanistan.
Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
Great attitude and ethics of management;
Strong interpersonal and communications skills;
Target oriented;
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, ideas and procedures;
Commitment to expand or build on existing skills and knowledge through training and on-the-job learning.
Excellent Dari, Pashtu and English communication is required; and
Excellent computer skills which include Ms. Windows, word, excel and power point – and QuickBooks accounting software skills is an advantage.
