Etifaq Bayman International Transportation company is looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
Oversee and manage the staff of Finance Department.
As EBI is a transportation and transit company so the manager must well-known with transportation financial transactions.
Checking reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
Solving problems of account receivable/payable.
Making bank receipt, controlling of Balance Sheet, creating new clients account.
Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
Research and analyses financial reports and market trends.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Trucking company branches finance managers (taking daily financial reports)
Manage the preparation of the company’s Budget
Ensure accurate and timely payments;
Provide management, support and development to members within finance department
Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Pay and clear the Monthly Payroll tax to the Government of Afghanistan.
Prepare monthly accounts statement.
Maintain daily/weekly/ Monthly financial tracking and reporting system
Assist the finance team in preparing regular financial reports
Preparing standard tracking system for allotments and payments

Job Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the related field, master degree more preferred
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in areas of Financial Management or any other related field.
Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
knowledge of strategic planning
knowledge of basic economic and accounting principles and practices
knowledge of office administrative procedures

Proven supervisory experience;
Having good Calculation skill

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Highly organized, rigorous, able to focus on details while maintaining sight of ‘the big picture’; respecting timelines and able to work positively under stressful situations

IT literate with an emphasis on financial-related systems, software’s, and applications.
Outstanding knowledge of electronic spreadsheets.
