Job Summary

Finance Manager will be reporting to FC

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Supervise monthly operation expense to mare sure they are accurate and integrated
2. supervise month end closing and Financial statement preparation
3. Taxation work including tax audit and filing of tax return
4. IT related issues of Finance Deptt.
5. review and post entry of daily voucher.
6. interal control improvement
7. prepare draft TB comparative analyse of P and L and mark the abnormal reason.
8. Review and updation of financial policies
9. Training of staff
10.supervise AR Invoicing and collection from customer, Maintenance and updation of collection status
11.Review and recovery of expenses incurred on behalf of customer
12. Special assignments given by FC

Job Requirements

1,bachelor degree or above,familiar with internation accounting standards regulations
2,Qualified accountant with 5 years experience at supervisor/Finance manager level in multi-national corporation, working experience in big four accounting firm is preferred
3,Provide support and advice to financial controller through value-added financial analysis with strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
4,Excellent presentation skills plus fluency in English, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5,Motivated and hardworking, initiative and ability to work under pressure
6,Experience with SIDAT HIDER or other ERP System, good excel skills.
7,familiar with local income tax laws.
